I have a really bad sore throat and a stuffy nose :( what can I take that won't harm the baby ?
Oh and a cool mist humidifier. The heater running will just make you more stuffy but the humidifier will help with that!
All are good suggestions. I know Rubitussin and Tylenol are both considered safe. I would also try some tea w/ lemon and honey.
