nausea at almost 37 weeks

This is my 2nd pregnancy and it's been completely opposite of my first! Why am I all of a sudden experiencing nausea again this late in my pregnancy?

My only concern about nausea returning in the third trimester is whether your blood pressure is normal. If it's normal, you're fine and prob just GERD. If it's elevated, it can be a symptom of hypertension.

I went to the Dr. on Wed. of this week and they told me I was dialated to a little over 1 cm. I was having contractions as well but they said that I wasn't dialated enough to be kept in the hospital. I am 37 weeks today and I am having more nausea than in the past. My contractions are also getting closer together. I live a minimum of 1 hour away from the Dr. /  Hospital.... Any suggestions?

Your stomach is getting squished, and is pushed up from it's normal position.  It's normal to have heart burn/nausea or to not be hungry because there isn't much space.
