milk production

I don't think my boobs have gotten any bigger. They haven't changed really at all... I'm starting to worry now that I'm not going to produce enough milk for him. I really want to breast feed... I'm 29 weeks and this is my first baby. Is something wrong with my boobs? Will I end up needing to feed him formula?? I'm really stressing...

Its common for a lot of women not to have their boobs grow at all during pregnancy. I'm pregnant with my third child have breastfed my daughter and my son and my boobs did not grow at all until weeks after having the baby. Advice for breastfeeding is to make sure after every single feeding you pump each breast for 20-30 minutes. There is also Mothers Milk Tea and Fenugreek vitamins which will help increase milk supply . make sure you have your baby latch on as much as possible to help your body know it needs to keep producing milk.

I wish my hobos hadn't changed. I have gone up about 3 cup sizes. And I wasn't small before. Got to the point where I can hardly find a bra to fit me. :( but don't worry. I know women who's breast haven't changed at all during pregnancy and we're able to bf just fine.
