Enough wet and poopy diapers and if the baby is thriving. Breastfeeding is a supply and demand thing so just let baby eat and you will produce enough. Make sure you drink water and stay hydrated.
Ok ok thank you. :)
So i just let him latch on &&My continue?!
Yes and you can also eat beans it helps produce more milk
I didn't know that about beans! I'll try to remember that :)
Does eating chili count if that is true? Lol
Babys stomach is only about the size of a walnut at birth and only requires VERY little the first day. Same the second and third days. By one month I think its only the size of a small orange. Remember your stomach is about the size of your fist. Same principal applies to your baby. Your milk is PLENTY to sustain baby as its stomach grows and your supply increases from colostrum to full on breast milk.
Not true cuz I wasnt able to produce enough milk for my son so he was constantly hungry since he wasnt eating to much and therefore I had to switch to formula
I wasn't able to produce enough milk for my son. They had me start him on a bottle in the hospital 12 hours after he was born because they said I didn't have enough for him. Mind you I still both breast and bottle for the month because I really wanted to breast feed but I just never was able to produce enough for him.
ALMONDS Help With It Too :)u
but i didn't know about beans either
