I'm sorry for the delay in response--was very ill for awhile
Ibuprofen is not recommended during pregnancy. Usually better, if possible to use Acetominophen.

You should not take ibuprofen at all while pregnant unless your doctor specifically tells you to. Tylenol in normal amounts should be fine.
