For two days I had horrible dull lower back pain and now I don't feel pregnant as in not hungry, no breast soreness, other morning sickness and not tired. I'm eight weeks yesterday Need opinionsplz help

I was like that! I had the back pains I even bled and cramped and my baby is fine. just go see your OB so they can confirm it for you. i was worried. I didn't feel pregnant anymore but the doctors said I was okay. and the baby was too

Highly unlikely since you didnt bleed. Dull low back pain is normal all through pregnancy. And there will be days you "dont feel pregnant".

You should call your ob... but a miscarriage would feel like terrible cramping and bleeding would start... you could even call a hospital and tell them you symptoms
