After you had the baby what all did the hospital give you to take home like what supply where given to you
Formula diapers wipes stuff from enfamil and similac everything mom used witch hazel cloth numbing spray pads I was told to take everything out if they come get baby so they will refill it that way you get more stuff to take home
Ooo and I forgot to add (because I just found it today) they gave us a bib, a book the hungry caterpillar, my babies first library card and a lot of post partum resources. Guess they gave it to my husband and I just got them (a week later.) All of those things were things the city provides to new moms though, not hospital related things.
Well I'm on tricare (military insurance) and they pay for everything with pregnancy, so literally we aren't paying for anything.
They actually gave me 4 tubes of similac supplement, and my doctor at 27 weeks gave me four tubes of it also. I ended up giving it to a friend who has foster kids because we BF. But I'm sure if you were formula feeding they would provide formula.

Every hospital is different I had my first in Alabama and we could take anything that wasn't cloth but since I am back in Texas they let you take anything they give you in this hospital check with your nurses before you.leave that way you don't get extra charges that can be avoided
Even if you have medical they give yoy all thise stuff or we have to pay for it later on
Omg yes we were. We literally only needed toiletries!!! I way over packed. I delievered at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
About a days worth of pads, witch hazel pads, cooling spray and numbing gel. 4 receiving blankets, 3 boxes of wipes, 3 packs of diapers, 2 gowns for baby, a baby hat, bulb syringe, baby brush to prevent cradle cap, a bathtub, soap and shampoo for baby, lots of cream for my sons circumcision. Oh and am amazing 31 diaper bag!
I think it's mainly what you take with you.... At least in Cali that's how it is, I just took home what i wanted....
Extra pads. I took blankets, diapers, a pillow. Take what you want your paying for it lol
