I'm 20 weeks and I'm sick all day so I just sleep ... I have to eat big meals before I start feeling better and as soon as I start feeling sick again I just eat more haha! But peppermint helped me when I had to get up in the morning but try eating a good sized meal as much as you don't feel good and don't want to

You can ask doc for a script phengerin or zofran. zofran is very expensive tho for a prescription of 30 its like 150 n medical card does not cover it it does work wonders tho i was on it my entire pregnancy i had wats called hypermesis also known as HG. if you can't hold water or anything b careful u could become dehydration n end up in ER thats wat happened to me.

I would eat dry cereal before I even got up and out the bed in the morning. Then I would just snack all day instead of eating big meals. It helped me out a lot.

I try all of that to from switching my prenatals to mint candies and preggy pops.. gingerale and vitamin b6 also with tums.. even tea which is supposed to sooth the tummy.. none of it worked for me.. i was 7 weeks when my morning sickness turned into all day sickness that had me in bed literally lying there.. I called my doctor and explained to them that i had tryd everything and was in tears! Well they told me not to worry because there are steps i can take to get better.. the first step which is the easiest is to take one 10mg pill of zyrtec once a day.. I know what youre thinking isnt that an allergy medicine?? YUP lol i thought to my self well ill try it but i dought thats going to work im gonna have to go on something stronger.. :( so my OBGYN doctor prescribed me a 30 day supply.. AND IT WORKED... i mean almost instantly i couldnt fricken believe it! And i see all these poor girls on here saying there morning sickness is bad and i tell them to just ask there doctors about zyrtec because its a life savor! im currently 32w 2d and am still on the pill because when ever i think my morning sickness is done its not.. My little girl is perfectly healthy and its a pregnancy safe pill! please ask your doctor and start feeling better!

cvs pharmacy carries a lollipop that helps with morning sickness. babies r us carries them as well. They're called Preggie Pops. Give them a try. They worked like a charm for me. They also help when you get nausea from your prenatals (:

Anything dry you can stomach such as dry toast, biscuits or crackers. The best thing I was recommended (this is going to sound disgusting and it did to me too but it DID help) Ginger biscuits. Ginger has some kind of natural help with morning sickness. Granted it took me like 2 hours to eat one biscuit but I managed to keep it down and didn't vomit. Good luck!
