What is the most common week for a miscarriage to happen?  I know its before wk 13 but is there a most common wk?

there isn't one, everyone is different but like KTowne said any week before the end of the first trimester

It's usually before the 12th week, not really a most common week, just generally before the 12th. If something were to happen before the 12th it's likely a chromosomal abnormality, the baby not forming the way it should be.
