mucus in throat
Ever sincr I got pregnant it feel like mucus is in my throat I swallow bt it comes bck n so I kp spitting it out which causes my to vomit bt I see it in my vomit. I read tht watm lemon water helps get rid of it. Anyone else had this problem?
Yea its normal. I had it really bad until 20weeks. Try to drink a lot of water, it cleans out your mouth. Not sure why pregnancy causes it, but yea its normal.
