my symptoms have disappeared

I am 7 weeks pregnant and scared to death. I had a missed miscarriage 6months ago. I never made it past 5weeks but I did not mc until when I should have been 16 weeks. The Dr said no to a d and c and said let my body do it. It was the worst pain ever.I even had a blood transfusion from losing so much blood.I don't want to go through that again. As I said I am pregnant again and 7 weeks along .2 days ago my symptoms stopped. I was feeling very hungry all the time and suddenly I am not. I had just started to get nausea but that stopped also. My breast are a lil tender but not real sore like they were.I have throbbing pain in my ovaries but its not something that just started.I have always had severe pain in my ovaries since I was 13 I am now 28. Should I be concerned about any of this? Is this normal? I don't want to lose my baby. ;(

Hi!
It is always nerve wracking, but entirely normal when symptoms stop.  If you have not had an ultrasound done, I would suggest calling your doctor and getting scheduled.  Since  you don't mention having any bleeding, I think there is a pretty good chance that everything is OK.
Good luck!

This does sound very scary for you but the symptoms going is just one of the symptoms of a posible miscarriage!  Try to be hopeful and not to worry to much.  Lots of love xx
