You are starting to develop gingivitis.  It is very common in pregnancy but can get much worse if not addressed. Make an appointment with your dentist to have your teeth cleaned and he can help you find ways to prevent it.

I think its a little common in pregnancy.. even my gums bleed when i brush. Try using a soft toothbrush.
