I agree with the yoga as well, also great during pregnancy, also twinnings has a nice spearment and chamomile tea which is nice taken with honey, the chamomile can help with relaxing so you could give that a try :)
I know Benadryl is safe to take during pregnancy. Whenever you have an anxiety attack you can take some of that. I have severe panic disorder and nothing seems to work for me other than counseling.
I used to take a food supplement that helped me when I was anxious. Also excerise like yoga can help.
