Any natural remedies for gas? It's not burping or coming out the other end, but it's just stuck in my stomach and since yesterday it's been very painful.

I had this problem and yes its very painful....honestly try laying on your back with you butt in the air....gas rises so believe it or not it works...or if trays uncomfortable try putting your head down on your knees with your butt in the air....sounds silly it it will come out

Lol someone told me to drink milk, but if that doesn't work I'll give yalls suggestions a try! I'm just afraid to drink baking soda lol

The baking soda n water works well, but pregnant women who have high blood pressure shouldn't drink it.. Only use like a little spoonfull in a glass of water..

R u constipated cause that makes gas worse..once y get that solved ur gas will be gone or at least it won't be so painfull..

No I've been having regular bowel movements about twice a day. It's just very painful.

That happens to me all the time.. Honestly the only thing I've found that will help is trying to burp as much as I can..

I'm going to go get a dr pepper and see if that helps. That's usually the only thing that gets me burping.
