Slightly burnt toast helps filter out the rotton feeling in your stomach, crackers or or plain bread if your appetite is weak, morning sickness ussually occurs after a period of not eating which is why you can get it at any time as well, eating as soon as you wake up and keeping a routine should help, but theres nothing you can really do to fully avoid it, im 32 weeks and i still get morning sickness all the time
Ginger ale and jolly ranchers worked for me lol.
Try eating some saltine crackers or toast. That may help.
Granny apples may be because of the sourness. I heard sour soother candies are good too, I ate them in the beginning and i found it helped. I also once in a while took natural gravol depending how bad I was feeling.
Every time I felt sick, or had to vomit I let my body do as it wanted. Releasing whatever is not sitting well in your stomach is way better and in my experience I felt better. But whenever it was just nausea I usually just tried to sleep it off. They say eating crackers is a good thing to do but never worked for me lol.
