It sounds crazy, believe me I know, but try a couple of sips of pickle juice. It has really helped me.

Don't drink too much though or it will give you the runs. Just a sip or two when nausea strikes will take all of your worries away. Some people say a spoon full of vinegar helps. But pickle juice is just easier to take down.
I was so nauseated I couldn't even keep water down and actually lost 15 pounds. This was my miricale medicine.

I was going to suggest Fuji apples, they helped me in all my pregnancies. Since fruit is a turn off I would try avocados or pain whole wheat toast. They do wonders for me. I would avoid bran and pomegranates though, they lower your progesterone levels.

Oh thanks for letting me know about the progesterone!! I'm on prog suppositories twice daily!!
I have to insert then twice as well. I changed my diet but sadly they can make nausea worse and make you fall asleep in funny places. I hope it helps

ask your doctor about ondansetron. it was the only thing that actually helped me with the nausea and vomiting. as far as your husband thinking your dying every time you barf... there's no cure for that. he will think that for the next few months and then every time you say "ouch!" he will think you're going into labor. at least that's my experience. i hope you feel better soon but it's probably going to take a while.

I was given the tip to eat before I even sat up in bed. I've tried saltines but peanut butter crackers seems to help the most, it's really cut down on the all day nausea for me. I just keep them at my bedside and eat a few before getting up

I'm only 7 weeks 3 days. I'm on folic acid and asked about oother supplements that i could take as I'm always so exhausted and doctor said to early to take anything eelse. However that visit was prior to the onset of this nausea. Will visit doc as I'm worried embryo may not be getting sufficient nutrients as I'm not eating. I will ask about the b6. Thanks

I suffered from constant nausea and vomiting and I was told by my doctor to take B6 and it works miracles.

You shouldn't be taking aspirin. Only Tylenol Acetaminophen

My OB prescribed low dose asprin to prevent clotting as i have predisposition to clotting due to family history and also tests done.
No you shouldn't, except when prescribed. I have a blood clotting disorder. Start taking after 12 weeks. Maybe sooner, we will have to see with this one.

Thanks. Will try the nuts. The smell of fruit and everything else makes me feel sick. I've been sipping in ginger tea but afraid I can't drink it much longer as I am oon asprin and ginger is a blood thinner. TThanks for your response.

Try ginger tea or ginger ale, and a little trick I learned with my first pregnancy is to snack on fruits and nuts through out the day that way you don't get too hungry and don't over eat either. Either extreme is bad and on top of the nausea you might also get heartburn. Good luck!
