Congratulations! Here's a quick list of the things I know off the top of my head:
Don't consume alcohol
Limit caffeine to 250 mg/day or cut out completely if you can because it can increase chances of a miscarriage.
DON'T take ibuprofen and/or most medications. So many medications can be very hamful to your baby. I know Tylenol is ok and Tums but definitely check with your dr before taking medicines.
Drinks LOTS of water to provide your body with the necessary hydration to make amniotic fluid to cushion the baby.
Take a prenatal, enough Folic Acid at this point is very important. I am 6 weeks too! My 2nd baby. I'm due Dec 16th :)
Congrats also there is an article of 13 foods to stay away from in this app I'm 9 weeks and due on thanksgiving haha
