need help kinda confused

I am 38 weeks, just went to bathroom and had my bloody show ot was quite more then I would have thought. I can't remember loosing it with either of my boys. I had thought I was loosing pieces of my plug since I was 29 weeks and so had my doctor. I had alot of pressure last night but no contractions.
I am just wondering hoe long after you ladies had your show did true labor start.
Also is there anything I shouldn't do now that I have lost it?

My doctor checked me at 39w and i started getting mine hours after i left on a Wednesday and i had pressure from Wednesday night until i had him on Saturday early morning

Contractions started at 11:20 and are very strong and coming about every 30 mins. I live about 2 hrs from the hospital so we are going to go up and get checked out.
Hopefully today is the day.

Had mine yesterday morning pretty sure still nothing. Lost more chunks of other stuff this morning and back is killing me!

I have mine the other day and im still not in labor :( but u do need to call ur doc and let he or she know!! :)
