negative blood type

im 24 weeks and just wondering how many of you ladies have a nagtive blood type while your babies father has a positive blood type.. im A- and my bf is B+.. and what does the Anti D shot do??

I just found out im o- a couple days ago it was so weird my doctor called and.told me.to rush to labor and delivery to get the rohgam shotim only 11weeks but because i had a little spotting they want to make.sure me.and.babies blood doesnt mix and cause miscarriage

I'm AB- and I had to get the shot at 12 weeks because I had bleeding otherwise I wouldn't have had to get one until 20 weeks I believe.

your baby's fathers doesn't matter. if you have a negative, you have to get the shot regardless. but it just protects the baby from antibodies. no big! plenty of women have to do it :)

Im o- and my finacee is a/b+  our son is o/b- lol so yes it can happen and its a shot they give you at 7 months so your body doesnt reject this baby. If the baby comes out with a positive blood type they give
you another after birth so your body doesnt reject any future children.

Yea I'm A- and they told me once I hit 28 wks I gotta get a certain type of shot .

I never knew a negative and a positive can make a baby Lol . idk I was told ot couldn't but I could be wrong.
