Hi!
There are several issues here:
Duphaston is a progesterone. This will cause you to have a withdrawl bleed--in other words it will cause a period to happen, but it will not necessarily cause you to ovulate. If your doctor is giving you progesterone, I am going to assume that you have irregular periods. If you have irregular periods, that in turn means that you are not ovulating regularly. Which means that it is going to be difficult for you to conceive unless you are also taking something to help you ovulate.
Since we don't use duphaston in the US, I am going to assume that you are writing from outside the US. Here in the States, we use Clomid or Femara to help stimulate ovulation. There is very likely something similar where you are. I would suggest that you ask your doctor about starting something like that TOO.
That is presuming of course that you are not already pregnant. Test for that again before spending any money on prescriptions!
Good luck!
