With my first pregnancy I didnt get any maternity clothes. I just wore dresses and sweat pants the whole time. I got a lot of maternity clothes from thrift stores and garage sales this time and they are waay more confortable. I feel like I can still wear normal clothes and look nice this time.
I get mine from Burlington coat factory. They are really cheap and we'll made. I also like the jeans from old Navy.
Ross is the place to go I went to get maternity clothes there. Your better off just getting regular leggings in my opinion.
I actually enjoyed wearing maternity jeans. I don't enjoy the constant relaxed feeling your get with sweats or things like it. In general, maternity clothes aren't cheap and the only way to get them cheap is through second hand options. I suggest though, that at max you only need 2 pairs. One could be slacks if you work in a space that requires it. I got mine from target and they were about 25$ per pair. With maternity pants you HAVE to be able to try them on, especially if you don't normally shop in the women's section. They have different bands and cuts that can make things uncomfortable. The other option you have is a waistband. Aka belly band. These are made to fit around your waist and belly for using your current pants. This works well if you can still fit in you pants but are unable to close them. This wasn't an option for me as most of my weight gain was in my thighs which prevented me from wearing my pants at all. When shopping for maternity clothes, shop in your pre-pregnancy size. I am small enough to have still been using junior sizes before I was pregnant. My size 5 was a size 2 or extra small in maternity clothes as they mark it in women's sizes. Liz Maternity is the brand they carry at Target. And while I tried to find cheaper, my Wal-Mart did not have anything maternity. So it may change per store.
And if you don't have a bubble butt you probably will have trouble keeping the waist up and if you are not that big aroundbthe belly, the band will probably slip so tuck the band under your bra or wear a snug cami . Cami normally works good.
^ they're brand name for a bargain price
Garage sales! I got alot of nice ones for really cheap(:
I just bought some open bottom sweat pant from Wal-Mart. Maternity clothes are expensive and I find them uncomfortable. Get some stretch waistband pants and save money.
In my opinion maternity jeans are a waste of money they slip down u constantly have to be pulling up your pants and yeah
