Pray before you go to sleep.
Try not to stress too much. When I first found out I was pregnant I was under a tremendous amount of stress that continued for a few weeks giving me terrible, vivid, gut wrenching dreams (I mean, blood and gore, and even murder.. it was bad), but after I let go (in a sense) of the stuff that had been bothering me and just focused on trying to be as stress free as possible my dreams cleared up and in started dreaming more of what my little girl will look like and just happier dreams. Think happier thoughts and your dreams should correspond :)
Yes and I don't know what to do usually my bf wakes me up and we will watch a movie or hell rub my belly and play with my hair till I fall back asleep .
