nightmare/night terrors...

Is anyone else having nightmares at all and how are you feeling with them?? I'm to the point where I can't close my eyes cuz I'm so terrified by the fact that I might have another nightmare...
Last night I had one about my fiance being killed/murdered/dying 4 different times cuz every time it happened I woke up in tears and went back to sleep cuz I was just so tired, and he was sleeping right next to me.. and tonight I had another one about a neighbor that had a mentally unstable guy living with him, Derrick (my fiance) was at work, and this guy had a robot with a semi automatic gun that was detachable the dude seen me in the big window we have and started stalking me outside the house with the gun, and somehow got inside and was looking for me.. and I ended up waking up scared to death...

There not that hard (well at least for basic ones :) ) they should have YouTube toutials on how to make them :) and you can use just about anything in them :)

I would love to learn how to make them. I'm sure I would have my house covered in them though lol

I do too! I usually like to make them tho, but I always seem to forget about them :( might try and make a few and put them around the house :)

That's a good idea, I have a small one that was my grandma's I'll have to find it, it's beenin storage for about 6 years and we just got it all back out a few months ago :) thanks for reminding me!!

Maybe get a dream catcher. I know its weird if you don't believe in it and stuff but sometimes you can trick the mind into thinking the legend of it is real.

That's just the thing, the one I had about him dying, he was sleeping right next to me, I don't think it matters anymore if he's sleeping next to me or not, cuz I use to do the same thing, I went on a trip without him when I was about 2 months along and had a nightmare almost the entire time, and haven't had one since then and now they've returned with a vengeance and it's scaring me... (btw I'm 24 weeks)

I've had nightmares before and they scared me too but I notice its usually only when my husband isn't sleeping next to me. I hate when he leaves early in he morning and I have to go back to sleep because I am always afraid of a really bad nightmare. I don't mind the small ones just the horrible ones
