Try taking a warm bath before bed, drink some sleepy time tea, and do or watch, or read something happy. Avoid all negative thoughts before bed. Try being relaxed for an hour it so before bed. Lavender oil also helped.my dreams... Good luck,momma. I know how scary those dreams are.

Its probably just because you're really worried about that. I had a dream people were trying to stab me in the stomach. And its because im afraid of having another miscarriage. Im sure your baby is fine :) that must be a scary dream though :/
I have nightmares too. They actually stress me out. Mine are usually about my baby being stillborn. Then I start thinking maybe my dreams mean something since its the same dream over and over and I start freaking out. :(

I had them too at first. Actually had one the other night and im 18 weeks. I dont think there's anything you can do unfortunately :/ i think its probably hormones but not sure. Some are really scary and some dont make sense at all. Its weird. And *****. :/ hope they calm down a little bit for you
