16 weeks pregnant all I have is nightmares I don't even want to sleep

my whole first trimester i had nightmares of my husband cheating on me and leaving me..i just would wake him up and tell him about it then he would put me back to sleep and id be fine lol

I thought I was the only one! I get so scared that I'm almost ready to go sleep in my mil room lol. It feels so real and sometimes I can't tell if I was dreaming it or awake thinking it.

I'm the opposite, I mean I have the nightmares but wake right up! I have to calm myself down before I sleep again, its horrible I spend a lot of my night randomly waking up frightened..

Lol it's not funny but I have nightmares every night also sometimes i keep the light on but lucky my hubsand home most the time

Yeah that's sleep paralysis. You feel stuck like you cant wake up from the dream. Like you know you're dreaming but you cant get out of it.. its so scary lol i get to where i try to scream but i cant talk or move or anything because I'm stuck in the dream

I'm scared to go back to sleep since I can't seem to wake up from the bad dream.

One of the worst pregnancy symptoms for sure.. I have nightmares often, but i usually end up experiencing "sleep paralysis". It's so scary i dont wanna sleep, and so i turn the light on and pray that the bad dreams stop.. then i end up falling asleep again. I heard eating before you sleep can cause nightmares btw. Not sure if it's true. I have them either way :/

Same here my mind is on non stop dreaming all night its crazy and i wake up with headaches ugh. These hormones :/
