no heart beat

So I was at work Wednesday night and I had been cramping and lightly spotting off and on for the last day when I started to cramp extremely bad and passed a clot. That morning (I work nights) when I got off I called the doc and went in for an ultrasound. I was 10w3d they tried on top of my stomach but could only see the gestational sac so they did an internal ultrasound and when they did they couldn't find a heart beat. The ultrasound tech then measured the fetus and said it only measured 7w1d :/  the nurse and doctor said since I was spotting and bleeding my body was trying to pass the pregnancy and I could either wait or have a DandC I feel completely alone my bf had never really wanted it so while he isn't happy he isn't sad it I hurt so bad both physically and emotionally

Trick him! Before he does it just seduce him! Lol. Just trying to make light of your situation dear. Sorry again. If you need support they have local support groups for mommies who miscarry. Check in your area.

Except I won't if I stay with my boyfriend he is getting a visectomy i love him so much and I know I have two children already I just idk it hurts

Prayers! Sorry for your loss. just know that its not over and you can have another healthy baby. Sometimes women miscarry without even knowing. I did. Its natural. I know this is not what you want to hear, but just know you did nothing wrong. God bless.
