normal or not ?!

I'm a first time mom and very worried and concerned I recently had my son a month ago, and lately my son has been spitting up but its alot when he spits up it seems like he spits up all his milk. He don't have a fever, hes not losing weight, his poop is normal. I really don't know why he spits up so much of it. I'm going to take him to his drs tomorrow morning but I just wanted to ask you ladies if you went through this or if you know if its normal. I just need some type of answers right now.

Yeah, my daughter did the same. I just fed her in a more upright position and burped her way more often. That'll help alot.

Oohhh yes. My first was a crazy puker..I would go through 4-5 vests before I got one on her fully without puking on it then 3 or so outfits every hour. She lived in bibs and basically did nothing but vomit lol. Its good that your baby is still gaining weight, my daughter didn't and they labled her as 'failure to thrive'. I stopped breastfeeding and switched to anti-reflux formula, and fed with her as upright as I could. I also started solids just after 3 months and that helped heaaaps .. basically if your baby is still growing and having wet nappies I wouldn't worry too much. But it is a hassle! Definitely go to the doctors to double check it isn't anything more serious.

It's really normal. Have you tried burping him more in between feeds? Maybe feed him for 5 mins, burp him then feed him again.
