nose bleeds.....
Is it normal to have nose bleeds during pregnancy? I'm 16 weeks pregnant , and noticed blood in he Kleenex this morning when blowing my nose. This has never happened before I got pregnant.
I would say maybe you may be dehydrated. Try drinking 80oz of water or more a day. It may help. Congrats on your pregnancy!
Ok I was worried. I've been very dizzy, and light headed lately so I was concerned.
