I only get them when i blow my nose (i feel like my nose is stuffy but its usually not and it only bleeds for a few mins) and its only when im pregnant.. I think its one of those weird changes we go through in pregnancy but if you're really worried talk to your doctor about it just for your own peace of mind maybe the Dr can recomend something

I don't get them everyday but I never had one a day in my life and when I got pregnant with my first I had 2. And now that I am pregnant with my second I had 2 of them so far and I am 20 weeks. So I think it's just something that happens when my hormones are changing around.
