nose block

Hello. Am 8weeks pregnant and I am having major nose block. Is this normal. Am blowing here n there. Will this harm my baby? Or lead me to a miscarriage?  Help plz.

Uuugh it's awful. Like pp said saline and humidifier. Bout all you can do!

Relax it.comes with the territory. You can usesaline solution and it helps to sleep with a humidifier. Welcome to fun times ;)
