not pregnant, spot question!

my daughter is nearly 6 months old and this morning while changing her i noticed she is starting to come out in these spots. the head is white/yellow but around it seems really red. there is about 3 at the moment, spaced over her tummy and a few i can see starting on her back.
anyone have any idea, maybe chicken pox? in herself she is fine playing and smiling so just wondered if anyone know anything

My nephew had it once and they gave us a cream to put on it. I dont remember what they said it was though. I know it was nothing bad though

Could be baby acne, or heat rash. Chicken pox look like blisters.

i will yeah. my mom thinks it jusst be a sweat rash as it seems to have gone down

Could be a rash or as Juss said, anything. I would call her Dr about it.
