o/t - baby updates!!!

My little Grey-bear is 4 months old today....I can't believe time has gone so fast. He's very good with his hands and can grab and put things in his mouth...he cooes and burbles all the time...he's very easy and laid-back. At his 2-month check-up he was 25 inches and 11lbs3oz. I'm guessing 27inches and 13 lbs for his 4-month. He's such a happy little baby...and his big sister is totally entranced with him.

He eats about 5-7 1/2 oz a feeding and he sleeps about 5-10 hours at night....but OMG that boy can put out a stinky fart. I'm asking his ped about it on the 23rd because I know that stinky farts can sometimes indicate lactose-intolerance..but he doesn't actually spit-up anymore so I'm wondering if he has another digestive issue....but it's not serious if there is one so I guess I'll find out on the 23rd lol.

I just wanted everyone to update on their little prince or princess so we can catch up on how everyone's been doing! How are everyone else's little angels? I know there are other forums but since I'm so close to many of the ladies on THIS forum I was hoping we could do the updates here :)

new pictures uploaded, the others did nto have his face s someone copied one before and the button with only my firends would not work so now there are some of his face.

That us cute how she patted him! My first was 13 months when I had the second and 15 months later had a third and then 17 months after that had #4. My first was very protective of her and too cute! I have pictures of Sophie when Lilah came along and she was having fun putting a whole page of stickers all over her as she laid there smiling and watching her:) Fun times! Now they are 9,11 and 13!! They grow so quick and I know I will have to have a little buddy for Henry too;)

It is so neat to see how they are all doing things around the same times!!! Herny is just now hitting the "Sponge phase" you know where they just watch and laern so much so fast! I love it!!!

I know! It really feels like yesterday to me too! I know they say time goes by quickly at this age, but this is rediculous!
I'll try to put up pics soon. I tried to put up some from my home computer, and for some reason it multiplied the pictures I added until there were about 50 copies of each picture!!! I have recent pics on my facebook page though!

My littlest man, Greydon, is 9½ months old and is doing wonderfully in EVERYTHING except for sleeping, lol. If any of you have see the journal about my baby refusing to sleep, then you know the gory details of a typical night for us. Since my last update to that journal, things haven't changed much.
*sigh* I keep telling myself that clichè "This too shall pass..." I'm rather sick of telling myself that, but I do find some comfort in it...
But, onto more positive things, because I do adore my lil' guy even though he's turned me into a semi-functional zombie, lol. He is cruising along furniture when he pulls himself up, and he can stand by himself, holding onto nothing, for about three to five seconds. If you're holding both his hands, he wants to walk everywhere, but if you only hold one hand, he will sit down and refuse to walk and figure crawling is faster and easier, lol.
He is ALL mischief (which he gets from his daddy, lol). If you tell him anything like, "no, no..." "ah, ah...no, Greydon," or "Don't you even think about it..." he will turn around and give this ear to ear grin and laugh, then do exactly what you don't want him to do, lol. It's hilarious and not funny at the same time!
He's saying "momma," "dadda," and "bub bub." Bub bub represents a few things, so context is important--it can mean big brother, bottle, or bounce bounce (he likes to bounce).
He is his brother's biggest fan and the two of them LOVE to rough house already. Greydon laughs for Trevor like no one else--he just adores him. And Trevor is the best big brother ever. He is always so good with Greydon. ☺
He still has yet to cut a tooth, but holy cow the boy has got jaws of super strenght, lol. And I must mention how very oh so cuddly he is! He is so suggable, loveable, kissable, huggable...you can just pick him up and hold him tight and snuggle into him and he's just so darn CUTE!

Now for my Big baby! Trevor is almost six years old...just two more days (Wednesday)! He is everything a six year old boy should be: a little attitude, a TON of energy, delights in the grotesqueness of bodily functions, and has a heart of gold. He is reading fairly well now and is a whiz at math. He's one of the top two in his class for developed fine motor skills (cutting paper, drawing pictures, and handwriting) and is ahead in his reading level; I think his teacher told me he's almost at the first grade reading level...I can't remember exactly for lack of sleep (thanks, Greydon), lol. He's growing tall and lanky and his feet smell terrible most days, lol.
But he is SUCH a GREAT kid! He has the funniest personality and the biggest, kindest, most sensitive and giving heart. He loves people and he has a level of compassion that is beyond his years, I think. We just had his birthday party on Saturday, and he made the decision to sacrifice getting gifts from his friends at his party and instead wanted donations to be made to The BabyJesse Foundation because he wants to help babies after learning of the loss of little Jesse. He told me in the days leading up to his party that he'd remind his friends at school that if they were coming, not to bring a present for him, but to have their parents give a donation because he doesn't want any more babies to die.
My heart just swells with pride over this boy! I can't believe he's going to be six years old in just a few short days. I remember his little 7lb, 2 oz, 20 inch self wrapped up like a little burrito and placed in my arms. Now when he tries to sit in my lap, he's got a boney little butt and he weighs 50 lbs and it's somewhat...painful as my legs fall asleep...but I still like to hold him close and nuzzle my nose into his hair. He'll always be my baby, no matter how big he gets!
