okay just ONE more question! lol

Well like i said im almost 16 weeks..i miss working out nd now like i really want to!!! I dont wanna do alot of abdominal work but alot of my excerise due put a little ab workout wen workig out legs nd butt lol is it bad to put work out on my belly?

I use to play soccer when I was in my teenage yrs and when I had my 1st bby I didnt get no bby fat at all then I had my two other kids and im still the same. We'll see how I end up after this one lol.. But I dnt do exercises. Maybe thats how my body is.. And maybe U can go to a YMCA i heard U can do so many things in there maybe that will help U out too. Or Yeah Yoga is not a bad idea :-D

Haha i am terrified cuz wen i gain weight its soooo hard for me to lose it! Like wat u call hard!! Lol...but thanks tho :)

yea I get it. just keep up your regular routine nd you'll be way prepared for labor and a quick return to your pre pregnancy body. you sound like me lol terrified to blow up haha

Lol me too!!! Im scared to be big or w.e after birth being like that its jus like ughh i feel idk not confindent :( but it ***** cuz i eat fat food now all the time -.-

Lol true i forgot about prenatal yoga!!!  I walk tonsss so thats the good partwell i normally dont do weights i more do like the bands u step on nd stretch for my arms i jus dont wanna lose my body nd wanna make it easier as posssible nd dont go to overweight so wen i give birth i dont have toooooo much on me lol

but seriously. no crunches nd sit ups nd stuff. lol it's not worth it afterwards.
after giving birth I'm gonna hit the gym haaaaaard cuz I cannot stand being "big"
even though everyone says its all baby, in my head its still just fat lol.

lol do prenatal yoga!!! nd walk. I play racquetball still nd I'm 21+3(:
If you worked out before getting pregnant, its safe to use weights up to 25lbs

Ok im scared haha yea i jus wanna do arms legs nd butt a bit lol im not u kno overweight but im paranoid of how ima look i atleast wanna have slimmer arms nd my legs a little fit dont wanna let myself go i kno i am a bit i cant help it but i wanna try my best lol

okay. obviously all your muscles are connected one way or another. however try to use as little of your core as possible. no hardcore ab workouts. my mom kept up with me nd my older bro with our workouts all throughout her pregnancy and now she has muscle separation in her abdominal muscles. like a literal separation between the two sides of her abs. nd after giving birth, she couldn't work her abs for over six months until her muscles heal. don't wanna scare you, just be aware lol
