one more question..

What's a good way to help get your body back after having the baby? I know you have to work out but I heard the pooch is hard to get rid of. And I'm only 21 & really want my cute body back after I have my son. Any tips?

The cool thing about breastfeeding is your milk ducts actually use the fat stores in your hips and thighs to produce milk. You can supplement with formula but you can't start with formula and expect to breastfeed like two weeks later. Your best chance of breastfeeding successfully is to litteraly start with the mind set my baby will starve if I dont do this. What ever you choose formula of breast I'm.sure if you're determined the baby weight will come off.

You're going to believe someone who tells you there's no way to get rid of a pooch? There's all kinds of workouts you can do. If you're ambitious enough then yes you can get rid of a pooch and tone up. Also some people just have awesome metabolisms and they drop the weight like its nothing.

My sister is 10-15 lbs lower than her prepreg weight due to breast feeding, she eats what she wants and does not exercise

don't worry about losing the weight. i'm 39 weeks and started at 120, i now weigh 170.. that's 50 freaking pounds! might be close to 55 pounds if i have to go all the way to 41 weeks if this baby doesn't come on his own. i am going to breastfeed for as long as possible. eat a healthy diet. after my body is back to normal and baby and i are on and established schedule i will work in a workout. i live at the beach so i was thinking getting something to put baby in to pull behind a bike or a stroller meant for dirt and sand to jog with. you could do something like that. if you live near a ymca or pool they probably have water yoga for mommy and baby that you can do together. if all else fails babies sleep a lot.

Really? I'm 31 weeks and have gained a little over 40 pounds and that's way more already than I planned. I still have 9 weeks to go but I'm just really worried I wont have anyone to watch my kid if I wanna work out

Breastfeeding works like a charm but its hard to do if you don't have support. Just exercise and it will come off. General rule is 9 months on 9 months off. Just don't get discouraged I gained 80lbs with my first and I lost it all after a.year and I barely exercised. I did breastfeed for 18 months though.
