ot anyone else trying to lose weight!

well ok im lazy lol very lazy . im a stay at home mom.  im mostly in the van driving back and forth to school, i do shop about twice a week though. but i dont exercise daily. i am 5 '2 and weigh about 140 . recently i had two crowns put in and stopped drinking soda, my weakness, i did drink about 3 cans a day. i know they are bad but it made food taste so much better. since the crowns i have not had a soda, its been 3 days.  i want to lose about 15 lbs before summer , we are going to the beach. it might not seem like much to some of you but i have a slight problem i am a 38d i was a 44dd in 98 but i had a breast reduction the dr removed 7 lbs from them. they are the first place i gain and the last place i lose. anyone want to share their weight loss  secrets or want to lose weight like me please share...

I'm on the weight loss boat as well! Unfortunately I weigh in at 188 lbs and I'm only an inch taller than you. But I don't LOOK big. I think a lot of it is muscle in my case (thanks testosterone---read my other posts if you're confused! LOL!).

Anyway, losing weight in your breasts can be very difficult. Push ups are probably the BEST thing to help you lose weight there because it works your pectorals.

Getting rid of the pop/soda is AMAZING. Stop drinking that and walk/jog for at least 30 minutes a day and the lbs should come right off. Even better weight loss:

don't snack at night (no food after 8 pm),
increase amount of water and don't drink soda/sugary drinks
at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise
NO junk food (chips and candy/chocolate)
increase fresh fruits and veggies

That alone should REALLY help you out!!! If you read on one can of pop, you'll see how many calories and sugar each can contains. If you drop that, that's that many calories LESS you have to try to burn off.

After I had my baby I went to the gym 3 times a week where I would run (or jog/walk) one mile. Then I would do 1000 strides on that stair master thing and lastly I would go into the sauna for 15 minutes at the very end. I lost about 1 to 2 pounds a week just by doing that.
