overheating sleeping in hot house?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and for the past few weeks I have been worried about overheating while sleeping in my hot house and under covers....we have fans blowing all hours but sometimes when I awoke, I would be very hot all over. The blankets and duvet is over me as I was chilly from the fans when I fell asleep. Could I have overheated my baby??

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that you won't over heat your self or your baby without waking up.  It would be extremely difficult to overheat while sleeping.  I would recommend drinking lots of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.
Good luck!

Your are probably fine as long as it isn't causing you temperature to go over 100.4 and stay there for an extended period of time.make sure you are staying very well hydrated so you don't get heat exhaustion.
