overweight

I'm planning to lose 100 lbs after my baby is born, not all at once,.I know it takes time but I'm 240 almost & need to lose it. What are the best weight loss programs for at home? Tae bo? Insanity? Jillian Michaels shed in 30? I already do yoga & some pilates. I run when I'm not pregnant also.

After I had my daughter I did some walking, drank gallins of ice cold water, and most important BREASTFEEDING. I believe all these combined is what helped me shed all that extra weight.

I have an Xbox kinnect so I bought the biggest loser game and it is awesome I absolutely love it. It can be as intense as I want and as long as I your average workout with easy moves you can do in your living room.... I lost 20lbs in a month with eating healthy and doing that every day

Iys not recommend to lose weight too fast. I think its like 2-4lbs a week. Losing weight you need to do it in a very specific way as if you use those "lose weight fast" its hard to keep it. I would talk to your dr and see a person to help with diets and you can find lots of fun activities to lose weight.

Remember a lot of people lose weight fast at the beginning but then slows down. Its not that ur not losing it at that point its that the fat tissues are tyrning into muscles and you need to keep working on it. Keep eating nice balanced and healthy meals as cutting calories totally is not good. But first major step is to talk with ur dr. :)

Good luck momma!

I'm going to try to go down to 150 by 7 months after the baby is born (currently 215 with the baby, probably will be around 230 by 40 weeks). I know it's a LOT of weight to try to lose but there's one specific dress I want to wear for my wedding day and I'm going to try to lose as much weight as possible. I may not get to 150-160 but I will hopefully fit into the dress :) if not I'll spend money at the last minute and buy a dress :/

I think the best work out is P90x... lol Thats just my opinion and its a tough work out, but the results I've seen are phenomenal. I'll probably start doing that after I have my baby :)

The Zumba is a lot of fun. My aunt is an instructor and they have a lot of fun doing it. I lost 35lbs within 5 months of having our 4th baby. I got to where I wanted to be and stopped but I plan on starting again after this little one arrives. Of course you have to watch what you eat. I still ate basically what I wanted but I cut my portions way down. Good luck!

I did Jillian Michaels :) I didn't need to lose a lot but that combined with eating healthier, smaller meals helped me shed a few lbs.
