ovulated a week late or baby ??

So , I got blood taken an my results came in. So the nurse called me . she said that the baby was a week behind.  I'm suppose to be 6 wks 2 days but I'm 5 wks 2 days.  ... I'm so confused because she said it had to do with my ovulation an implantation.   . but how can you ovulate late ? I started my period Jan. 15 an had it for about 5 days.  So confused ladies.   An the doctor put me on premitreum. I had to take with first child but I didn't like it so I took it once an stopped . an it says its not recommened to make while prego. Help lads !

You could have just ovulated late.. I ovulated early and got pregnant 3 days after my period finished so I thought I was a week and a bit behind what I actually am

I haven't been bleeding or anything . Alot of discharge . but that's normal  lol they call it " The Snail Trail " haha. But after y'all responding I feel a lot better. Last time I was pregnant my placenta was coverin my cervix. But it eventually moved up. I was just scared I would go to the doctor march 11th an they are gonna say baby is not alive :'( but I'm sure the babies fine.

By my period im suppose to be 26 weeks already but im only 24 weeks. Instead of ovulation happening on day 12-14 i ovulated two days before my next scheduled period which ending up being implementation bleeding.

Probably what she means by ovulating late is that you didn't ovulate exactly two weeks after you started your period. Most women don't fall into their perfect ideals anyway.
