I forgot to say that the lasttime my husband and i had sex would have been when i was ovulating in October but he didn't get off, so he pulled out. But of course i got my period about 15 days after we had sex. I had my period for 5 days. We have not made love since so there is probably no way I could be pregnant that is why there is no need to take a test. It's just weird this little bit or brown mucus. It is very little. But I feel like my period is coming. I have the little things befor it comes. Tierd, tender boobs a little bit of cramping. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will be here for the weekend.
Sorry to write you again, But the last 2 times going to the washroom when I wiped there was a tiny bit of brown mucus. It was a very little. Do you have any idea what that could be? Do you think it may be my period starting to come. Thanks
Hey,
I wish you all the luck in the world, my hubby and I are also trying again after a miscarriage in October, tried this month so now we are just plaing the waiting game.
Baby dust to noth of us! Keep us updated....
Thanks for replying. Why if my cycles are 45 days am I not ovulating? When you get your period dosn't that mean that you are going to ovulate? Both my pregnancies were concived the first month of pinpointing ovulation. When my period comes on which day should I use my first ovulation test? Should I use the first one 13 days after my period starts just incase this month i will have a 28 day cycle? Then if that dosen't show anything maybe take the next one maybe 18 to 20 days aftyer period? Do you think its worth a shot? I could try the saliva first and if that shows something then I could take a urine ovulation test? Can you please let me know if this is something I should do? I think it is to soon to start taking any kind of meds. I will wait untill after this period and see what happens. Thanks
Hi!
If your cycles are 45 days long, it means that you aren't ovulating. Sometimes in the course of 2 pregnancies, people gain a few pounds. ( If you didn't, I hate you!)
Gaining weight can be just one of many reasons that periods can become irregular.
If you were my patient, I would check a pregnancy test ( I ALWAYS do that, even if )
and if negative, I would start your period with 5 days of progesterone. I would also suggest that you might want to consider Femara (or Clomid) to jump start your cycle if it continues to be irregular. Irregular ovulation will definitely slow you down on conception! Meantime, be sure to take your prenatal vitamins!
Good luck!
