Sometimes it feels like my hip is trying to people out of place but it is more in my side above my hip. I can't even do dishes or really anything with the pain. Also my son is so low in my belly I can feel him in my bottom moveing! Is this normal? Any advise would be great! Please help

Feeling him that low down is normal. It sounds to me like you have spd too. This is my fourth pregnancy but my 3rd with spd. I would ask to be referred to physio as they can diagnose it. Also try to keep your legs together when you move as opening them too far can make it a lot worse. I hope that whatever it is you get it sorted soon. Good luck!

It could be "spd" if u Google it u will see what the symptoms are. if u think u have it tell ur doctor or midwife and ask them to refer u to a physio. its basically when all your pelvis widens and relaxes to soon in pregnancy and can b very painful. I have it. but Google it for full details. good luck
