pain on right side?

So I was super uncomfortable all day yesterday and I woke up today with this terrible pain in my right side and it's been constant in the same spot all day. I am 19 weeks and I'm sure it's just growing pains but I was curious if anyone else has felt this. The best way I can describe it is it is similar to the feeling of cramps you get in your side while running or something and in about the same spot as that. Is it just my muscles stretching? I have been going through a bit of a growth spurt......

It  sounds like your sciatic nerve when you gain weight it starts to hurt on the right side kinda by your butt but right above it. Drink water there isn't much you can do. It will come and go. But after pregnancy it should completely go away.

Have you dranked water today??? You could be just dehydrated?? If you have any cramps and bleeding with the pain call your doc. Other than that you should be okay, sorry your in pain but it will get better
