I woke up this morning to a sharp pain at the top of my vagina. Ill be 12w tomorrow so I know its not the baby , it felt like I had a full bladder but I didn't.  Anyone have any idea what that was ?

As long as you're not having painful cramps or bleeding you should be fine. Round ligament pain is normal and everyone experiences them differently
