pains in belly...

I will be 25 weeks tomorrow and I am having the worst pains in my belly...kind of feels like gas but I am not completely sure if that is what it is bc it is high up.  Last night I had a horrible sharp pain in my left side real low (kinda like pelvis area) that was there for prob a couple mins and then came back about 6 mins later and then a few mins after that and  then I didnt feel it again....was fine this morning until about an hour ago when I started hurting pretty bad...my right kidney was hurting off and on wednesday so I dont know if that has anything to do with it or not...Any insight ladies?

I swear waiting is THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!  I work at the hospital here and I got in the Lab right away to get my urine checked and havent heard anything from my doctor office yet.  Its been 2.5 hours only i know lol.  But still waiting is driving me nuts and now the stabbing pain in my left side is back.  Ugh.

Thanks ladies!  I called the doctor and I have to have a urinalysis and culture of my urine since the pain has moved over to my kidney area more now.  I have a history of kidney stones and no urinary symptoms to tell me its an infection ugh.  But now I gotta drink loads of water and see if it goes away, if not then ill need an ultrasound to check my kidney out.  ugh.  Hoepfully its something easy that can be treated!!  I dont wanna be admitted to the hopsital like I was the last time I had kidney stones AND a kidney infection.

it could also be round ligament pain.. drink lots of water to rule it out if it is

Better safe than sorry I would call the doctor it could be something minor or something serious so call to put your mind at ease no question is a stupid question when its pertaining to your unborn child

would it hurt real bad above my uterus and stuff?  i dont have any signs of either one of those...course I never really do I guess.  It hurts to push on my left side now ugh.  I hate calling the doctor lol...I dont wanna be that girl that asks the stupid questions.  But I was getting some awful BH yesterday...

Maybe a uti or bladder infection.. I got one with my first nd it made me have contractions so bad I couldn't move.. they admitted me in labor nd delivery on antibiotics nd iv because of it.. call your dr. You'll feel better knowing.
