Im 21 weeks n i have da same problems it *****
I highly recommend laying on your side with a pillow between your knees. It helps a LOT with my leg pain.
Try a warm shower with the water running on your legs or even a heat pad on low for a bit
It's normal, and painful. Staying hydrated and making sure you're getting enough potassium are key points.I was getting Charlie horses that had me in tears, now I drink cocoanut water and have a banana every day and it helps a ton.
I've always been told stretching your legs before bed is supposed to help. I get really horrible Charlie horses in the morning unless I go for a walk the night before.
