panic attacks and anxiety symptoms

Im 22 weeks and my goodness I keep getting weird feelings like heart beating fast dizzy shortness of breath chest pressure (heartburn I think) but oh my goodness I feel like im dying especially in the store all my labs are ok I feel weird for no reason oh and I sweat but am cold anyone else feel this way?

Im on ironspan iron pills and citra natal prenatal pills. I forgot to mention I have anxiety problems post pregnancy was prescribed Xanax but too afraid to take them pregnant. Im such a emotional wreck paranoid weirdo im seriously suffering badly Im at my Witt's end :( one doc says take the meds but I have psychiatric issues bipolar to be exact and I dont want to medicate my baby but I dont Wanna feel like im dying every second im sorry guys forgive me for babbling im so fed up!

I had those same symptoms minus the dizziness.  Come to find out it was due to anemia... maybe get
your iron levels checked?

I used to get "mini panic attacks" all the time juss by doin' regular things that I used to do. Like one day after lunch comin' back to work, I went to go grab the  Jewelry keys from the Csm's, walked to the Service Desk to get returns, then walked all the way back to Jewelry Counter with the returns and keys and my heart was beating so fast  like I juss ran a marathon, then I was having trouble breathing so I had to go sit down In the break room and drink some cold water. I've been having to do everythin' slowly and not do so much stuff all at once. It's crazy how pregnancy affects you and your normal day activities.

When I get up I feel dizzy my dr told me to sit up first then to get up.
