partial solar eclipse vs. lunar eclipse?

So on the 23rd this month I have an appointment.. and theres a eclipse that day and it starts 3pm while my appointment is at 230 ive heard if I go out or any pregnant lady goes out while an eclipse your baby comes out with cleft lip? Is this true? Should I reschedule????

And your babies lip has already formed. It isn't going to magically disappear.

My mom tells me its true so i trust her and also ive read online and old ladys have told me this also Just make sure you wear red underwear or a red shirt my mom makes me wear a safety pin on my underwear or a red ribbon around my belly under my clothing.. Its kind of weird but i think most of us latinas do.. It also depends if you believe in it..

When you go out on a lunar eclipse your baby comes out with cleft lip.. and the partial eclipse is on the 23rd ... is that still the same thing??
