I was due on the 1st and still no baby not even any signs of labor... im being induced Thursday but I dont want to wait that long.  Do you ladies know any tricks on how to start labor?

With my first child I tried everything, and ended up having to have a c section 14 days over due! Baby will come when they wana come unfortunately.

I took castor oil it worked for me and a handful of people I've met.

If your up for it, try going on a good long walk, just make sure theres someone with you. Floor exercises, stretching. Just dont over do it. You could also try taking a nice warm bath, relax your body & muscles, practice your beathing techniques. It should help you relieve any type of stress ;). Bounce on an exercise ball, walk alot, have sex, go up and down stairs, eat fresh pineapple, use epo pills to soften the cervix.. Um none are a guarantee tho.
