It could be your prenatals, my pee was neon green a few times throughout pregnancy and I am clean .. doctor said certain prenatals and medications can do that.

I was checked twice for diseases , I have none. I did have bacteria infection and I took metronidazole for it. I drink alot of water too.

My urine has been like a neon green for the whole pregnancy. All my results have come back great. It might just be from food or vitamins. But if you're concerned talk to your doctor.

Is it light green? Or dark green? Super light green just means your drinking lots of water, drink more and it will be clear. If its dark green then there's a problem

Asparagus doesn't turn your urine green lol. It makes it smell though. I eat it every week.

What did you eat? Some foods especially asparagus can do that...

Not one bit , sounds like an STD or some type of infection.
