Can you get you period during your first month of pregnancy? I think I did but it was lighter than normal and it didn't last as long as normal..

You can't have an actual period, because a period is the uterus lining shedding to get rid of an unfertilized egg, if you're pregnant, then the egg is fertilized and if it sheds it's a miscarriage. But you can have pregnancy related bleeding and it can be around the time your period would occur, it's usually lighter or shorter than your normal flow, though.
