No. No one will be able to tell you that, because there is no one to know what effect the pill had on her body. The only thing you can do now is wait to see if it comes, and if it doesn't to take a pregnancy test.

There is nothing to prevent a pregnancy that has already happened. Your only option at that point is to abort, which is a personal choice and one no one can advise you on. I personally am against it, so I have nothing to actually say on that.

The thing with emergency contraceptives is that they do cause irregular bleeding and messed up cycles. It's not unheard of that women can have a late cycle after taking these, and stress can cause it to be delayed even longer. The best thing you can do right now is take a pregnancy test with first morning urine and see what that shows. If it comes up negative, wait a week and retest. If it still shows a negative and she's not gotten her period, you can either go see a doctor or just put it out of your mind and see if her cycles start on their own. If you want to prevent this from happening in the future, always use protection. Emergency contraceptives are not birth control and should never be taken habitually.
